A New Chapter for Flowertown Chiropractic

After many years of serving the Flowertown Chiropractic community, Dr. Brian Mennetti will be retiring as of October 1, 2026.

Dr. Mennetti would like to sincerely thank all of his patients and the community for the trust, support, and relationships he has been fortunate enough to build throughout the years. It has been a privilege to care for you and your families, and he is incredibly grateful to have been part of your lives.

While Dr. Mennetti is retiring, the legacy of care at Flowertown Chiropractic will continue. The practice will be transitioning to Dr. James Kane, who is honored to carry on the tradition of exceptional care for the Flowertown community.

Dr. Kane is a local family man with more than 20 years of experience in chiropractic and wellness care. Originally from South Lake Tahoe, California, he owned and operated a large multidisciplinary wellness clinic serving families and athletes in the Sierra Nevada mountains. In 2017, Dr. Kane and his family moved across the country to Summerville, South Carolina, where they have enjoyed raising their children and becoming active members of the local community.

His clinical experience includes chiropractic adjusting and soft tissue techniques, sports medicine, nutrition, functional medicine, and regenerative therapy. Outside of the clinic, Dr. Kane enjoys sports, adventure, and spending time with his family.

Dr. Kane looks forward to meeting you and your family and continuing the long-standing commitment to exceptional care at Flowertown Chiropractic.
